Song/Show vs. Audio/Video

Need to figure out whether there is a difference between the concept of a "Song" or "Show" (Last.fm, Hulu) and the concept of "Audio" and "Video".
The main difference that springs to mind is that when I say "I like Given To Fly by Pearl Jam" I'm referring to the song rather than any specific manifestation of it, whereas if I say "I like the video 'Megablast' on YouTube", I'm liking that specific manifestation of it.
