Emphasise object entries over activity entries

Since we expect most sites to only generate object entries (with implied activities), and reserve activity entries for sites that are explicitly generating activity feeds (FriendFeed, Plaxo, MySpace...) it might be useful to re-organise the spec so that the object entries are introduced first.

Swapped the sections over, at least. Now need to a bunch of editorial work to make it make sense this way around.
