Add activity:target element

Add a new element to represent the target (or indirect object) of an activity.
This needs some careful thought because it could lead to an explosion of crazy combinations of what's the object and what's the target.

We are already implementing this as <atom:source based on our previous discussions.
Target seems ok. Its more like destination.
